Black Ops April 3rd Plan of Action

By now most of us know that there are issues for some people logging into the BF2 account server.
You may get the error message: "Account server refused connection" (something like that). EA made an announcement in their forums stating that they're working on a resolution, and the issue is especially effecting the EU and Asian servers.
We must be prepared for the possibility that our planned activities for this Tuesday may be affected by this technical issue. Here's how tomorrow will work:
In order to have an official battle, the following requirements must be met:
· Each army must have at least 8 players on their side.
· · Of these 8, a minimum of 5 players must be non-neutral.
Typically, if an army cannot field an army due to lack of numbers, then they are punished by forfeit of one round for every half hour missed. However, should an army not be able to field the full eight players on their side due to the EA Account Server issue, then it will be deemed an event outside of their control and no punishment will take place.
Should we not be able to play due to a lack of numbers caused by the EA Account Server issue, then:
· We will postpone the battle until Thursday to allow EA more time to fix the issue. This is an unconventional battle time, but we need to get the battles in before Saturday (hopefully it's fixed by then).
IMPORTANT
Even if you cannot connect to the account server, STAY ON TS UNTIL YOU ARE DISMISSED. We must determine that both armies would have been able to field numbers, so you need to stay on to ensure your side isn't counted for any forfeits.
Both EUBO and NABO decisions will be made at the official start time. This means that if the EUBO is postponed, it does not mean the NABO will also be postponed! So no assumptions! Maybe they fix it in the mean time *fingers crossed*
