That's too bad. Last console i owned was an Atari console (circa 1981). It was awesome with Pong and Space Invaders.

I even got a free weapons upgrade for Bad Company in my email.....A machine gun.
I should invest in a console one day. It would look great on my plasma flat screen. I play BF2 thru a dvi-hdmi adaptor on it and it rulz for playing on.

Well maybe its time you get a new console. 
I heard xbox prices will go down soon. I also need to use my LCD TV for something else than just movies, was thinking about PS3 since GTA4 will first be released for consoles and I'm really inpatient. Perhaps PS3 is the better choice since its got Bluray and HDMI.

I'd rather give my money to the Sony Corp. It's harder to resent one of the richest corporations on earth like I resent billionaire individuals who never seem to have enough money in the bank.
Bill Gates has enough money to buy Spain or Greece and still have plenty to redecorate when he gets there.

True but I'd still rather support products (by buying them) from my homeland and with it the economy. Japan has a really good economy mostly because of their technology. But Ps3 undoubtedly offers more. If you have HDMI like you said then PS3 is the better choice. What i don't like about console is the price of the games. They are highly overpriced and often you get more bundled with a PC game than you do with a console game. For example i got Crysis in an aluminum case together with 3 special edition disks and a code for a free online APC unlock
