One of the preorder options is the Physical Warfare pack which includes the following equipment: the Type 88 LMG, the DAO-12 shotgun, the flash suppressor for the SKS rifle, and Flechette ammunition for the DAO-12.
Those who didn't preorder BF3 with this pack don't worry, its going to be available to everybody at a later date.

Interesting! Is it me or does it seem when firing the MG while prone you have nearly no deviation compared to BC2. Meaning your crosshair stays pretty stable even when firing longer busts?

Something of note:

These are UNLOCKABLE items. You won't have to purchase them later, pre-ordering just gives you access to them right out the gate instead of having to earn them through experience.

Since we will most likely use an unlocked server for battle times this likely won't effect us.

I can see more tactics coming into the game where suppresive fire means something, While you your buddys flank left/right dependant on the ground..
