BF4 no gun glitch

You can ignore the commentary. For a few minutes the background video shows a guy with no gun who is only able to throw medpacks. This problem doesn't go away with a suicide/respawn cycle. I think I've seen this bug somewhere before...
The player is in a vehicle for a while, so you can't see the glitch reappear till about 4:20 into the clip.
