Thats a bit harsh, we don't bitch all the time, some individuals do but I can assure you we are one of the least "bitching" communities out there. And we are all here to have fun so I don't agree with you statement. But you are entitled to an opinion, I'm just sorry your experience here wasn't better.
Every community has a Necro and Fisherman. Yes, sometimes their complaints have no weight, like the ones in this thread were they raise concerns before people were even drafted but from real life experience critics with constructive concerns are needed in every community. Without them GC wouldn't have lasted this long because we would have been sleeping on trophies and got overrun.
Some people express themselves in the wrong way but if you look deeper you might see a solution to a problem. So what you see as bitching I see as raising concerns. We have to be patient towards members that have valid concerns.

What the hell i'm reading here ...
I didn't placed my answer untill now,
I joined GC for having more fun playing the game and have more friends in game to play with.
And i love it, yes i know it's only my 3th campaign, but is't that why GC was founded ?? to have fun play as a team?
Also the battlefield 4 Tournament thats why i joined as well to have fun with your army trying to win the campaign, doing everything you can to win, trainings, tactics, playing as good as possible and improof yourself for the army. But at the end there will be winners and losers all the time. but i don't care that i'm in the winning or loosing army, you may put me everytime to the loosing army, at the end of every round knifes only ... I DON'T CARE
And about the trainings, it is Always so low on people, if you are sick of loosing ? get your asses on the trainings !
I have fun every time i play with you Guy's loosing or winning, it's a GAME nothing more nothing less, if it's more then a game for you, you got a problem !!
Get over it and have fun again !
