Yeah queit a few 12 year old ones on the pubbie servers.
Onn PRTA EU server they get banned, for shitting up comms during the game.
I am up for a game anyday.

Am I missing something? Is the standalone not so 'standalone'?
Join a squad and tell them you are new to the game, they are very helpful
Some tips.
Once you connected tab out of the game and reduce the sound volume of the dame to 30 in windows volume mixer and mumble to 100
0 on the numpad to talk to your squad
H to talk to anybody near you
Get used to the fact that it takes a while before you reach the action.
Glance over the manual, you need specific kits to fly or operate armor
I am reinstalling my PC today, hopefully I finish it later today so we can play a few rounds

something is wrong with your game maybe try reinstalling the game again. Check if you are entering with the correct profile

I'm a numptie
I had created an
offline profile instead of an
online profile.
I remember hitting the Offline tab, thinking that a single profile could be both, apparently not.
I was tipped off by Rellik_pt asking me to check to see if I had the correct profile.
I can at least see the servers in the server browser.
