next stretch goal is $27 million, but at this point all money is apparently being used to expand server capabilities for the alpha and expanding the amount of people in the alpha, along with creating content for release that might have had to wait until a patch or something to introduce. which is awesome.
Yup, it's insane how much money they have in hand. When the dogfighting module comes out and people get some actual gameplay footage... I wouldn't be surprised if there's another gigantic spike in funding.
Unless it's really really bad... I hope it's not bad...

So, after the 26th, it looks like LTI will go away for EVERYONE. If you are planning on getting any more ships, you should do it now while LTI is still available.

With that said, I ended up gifting the Digital Scout LTI package to a few of my RL friends. They are interested in joining the GC fleet when the game is out and ready!

The Banu Merchantman looks awesome, but a bit pricey at $250.

I like the sound of the Carrack, I might trade my 315p for one, if the stats are as good as the description.
Anvil Carrack – The Anvil Carrack has been the vanguard of every UEE exploration effort in recent years. Featuring reinforced fuel tanks for long-duration flight, a highly advanced jump drive array and a dedicated computer core room that allows it to put the maximum processing power into jump charting operations. Originally a military exclusive, the Carrack is now available for civilian use as a pathfinder spacecraft. Features on-board accommodations to allow for truly self-sufficient flight, including crew medical and repair facilities, and a mapping-oriented sensor suite capable of always charting a route home!

Hey guys,

I took some time to make a graphic to represent what our current fleet looks like.
It's not really pretty or anything, but it should do its job!

Did you use the google docs for this? If so, I also have a F7C-S Hornet Ghost now to muck about with Matsif's tracker Hornet.

This really seems underwhelming, when compared to some of the bigger groups, like these:

Which is why you start forming alliances :) I know my Planetside 2 outfit will have a group playing.

Also I'm probably going to pledge for a 325A sometime in the next month. You guys will probably be my first choice for people to play with :)

Edit: grammar

Ya, im stuck between the 325a and the Avenger. Anyone have a recommendation between the two? The prices are close enough together to not matter much.

Leave it to the Goons and Redditors to form massive fleets before the game even launches. I'm kind of surprised the Reddit one is relatively small. I was curious who "The Convoy" was and based on what I found it seems to be an unofficial alliance of cargo haulers and cargo escorts which is both awesome and hilarious.

Have we got confirmation on the number of players allowed in each server instance? These fleets are gigantic, but it doesn't mean much if you can only fit a few dozen in any given star system.

I have, at first the avenger seemed lame cause its so constrained to those 2 seats, with a small storage area in the back that you can only access from the outside. At that time, the 325a, with its open entrance area, seemed much more appealing and the obvious choice. BUT THEN, turns out they updated to avenger to have a really cool inner quarters, that links them all together too, so this is my current choice. BUT, i'm almost certain that they'll eventually also improve the insides of the 300i series, and it being described as a "luxury-class ship" means it might get a really pimping improvement. I am so conflicted.
